One of the most important things we counsel leaders on as they create or transform their cultures is to create a higher purpose for their organization that serves as the guidepost for why they exist, and to inspire employees to live that purpose. We also help the leaders to “walk the talk” and to be strong and visible role models of the values and guiding behaviors that support their company vision, mission and values.
