Ulrich partners with senior leaders and their teams in creating the kind of trusting environment that links spirit to performance. His background as a communication consultant and executive coach gives him expertise in enhancing dialogue and a depth of knowledge about human change processes, which he uses to support clients in shaping healthy, high-performance cultures.

As Ulrich is fluent in English, German, French and Italian, he has a direct understanding of the European cultural diversity. He has been working with Novartis (in English, German and Italian) and Burger King (in German and English).

He started his career in psychological and public health research and psychotherapy. This built the foundation of his understanding transformational change processes, which he has applied to leadership coaching since then. He has further specialised in communication consulting. His work for organisations in the for-profit, not-for-profit, governmental and educational sectors taught him that aligning people through skilful communication, as part of the culture, releases the potential of teams and large groups. He received an Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Heidelberg. Ulrich grew up in Freiburg, Germany. Since 1995 he has been living in Dresden together with his wife Sabine and his children Isabel and Jakob.
