Steve Panowyk

Steve is a lifelong student of business practices and leading change. For the last eight years, he has focused on helping leaders and teams achieve improved results through creating a high-performance culture, clarifying strategic intent and enhancing the processes and capabilities required for execution excellence.
Steve has worked and lived in the United States, Germany and Canada. He has more than 20 years of multi-functional management experience within finance, sales and marketing, and general management, primarily in high-growth or turnaround business situations.
In these roles, Steve has directed a number of major strategic change initiatives and has already had accountability for company profit and loss in leadership roles within global life sciences, chemicals and transportation businesses.
He attributes his success to three leadership imperatives: creating superior customer value, building collaborative capabilities and leveraging the role of thought in clarifying, initiating and sustaining change.
Steve has worked within a diverse number of industries. In healthcare, his Senn Delaney clients include Nationwide Children's Hospital, Miami Children's Hospital, Boehringer Ingelheim, CIGNA, GlaxoSmithKline and Merck. In retail and service industries, Steve has worked with BI LO, CVS Caremark, FinishLine, Intercontinental Hotels and J.C. Whitney. In chemicals and industry, he has partnered with Cattron-Theimeg, Celanese, Crowley Maritime, Honeywell, Inalfa, Norfolk Southern, PPG Aerospace and RR Donnelley.

Steve has an Master of Business Administration in business strategy and a Bachelor of Arts in finance, both from the Schulich School of Business, Toronto. He resides in New Jersey with his wife Lilianne and son Will.
