Sharon Dogra

Client Services Manager

Sharon Dogra is a client services manager in the London office of culture-shaping firm Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company.  She serves as a key strategic liaison and project manager for culture-shaping engagements throughout EMEA.

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Sharon worked for Business in the Community, one of The Prince's Charities in England, of which The Prince of Wales is President. BITC advises and supports its 850 not-for-profit organization members to create a sustainable future and improve business performance. Sharon served as coordinator of The Mayday Campaign, which mobilizes business on climate change and resource depletion. In this role, she drove the coordination, administrative management of and communication to the Mayday Network and key stakeholders. She previously served as the PA/Marketing Assistant to the head of London Leasing at British Land.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of the West of England, Bristol. She has traveled extensively in Australia and Southeast Asia and has been learning British sign language for the last two years.

She lives in south London and volunteers with the London Metropolitan Police, assisting the force in fostering better relations with the deaf community and aiding deaf people who may have concerns or issues that need to be highlighted to the police. She has also volunteered with a communication support group for people recovering from a stroke.
