If it's reported, documented, printed, emailed, surveyed, presentation-oriented, customized, shipped and delivered – it has passed through the Client Operations department! As the manager of this busy department, Rich has one primary focus: quality. The best client experience from soup to nuts is on the menu every day and is often a three-course meal: Document Production, SD Connect (our online portal for engaging in survey applications and tools) and the Shipping Department. Thanks to a fantastic team and a quality mindset, Client Operations is poised to deliver the Senn Delaney experience through our materials and technology.

Prior to discovering his calling at Senn Delaney, Rich has served as vice president of a software company, opened two coffee houses in Orange County and started other businesses fulfilling his entrepreneurial spirit. He enjoys time with his two daughters and lovely wife, winemaking, sailing and the occasional lifelong pursuit of becoming a better golfer.
