Pat brings more than 25 years of executive experience at Fortune 500 companies as well as a passion and deep commitment to helping leaders realize their culture-shaping goals. Skilled at establishing rapport-based coaching relationships, Pat guides the culture-shaping process with leaders at every level in an organization to strengthen their organizational values, increase productivity and create healthy financial growth.

At Senn Delaney, Pat has worked on client engagements in a variety of industries and has enjoyed her work with The Ohio State University, Align Technologies, CalPERS, Convatec, Southern California Edison, T-Mobile and Corinthian Colleges, Inc.

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Pat served as vice president of marketing with Del Monte Foods. She initiated strategic changes and business development programs that contributed to a 100-percent increase in profitability. Pat also functioned as global director of business development for Burns Philps, an Australia-based food ingredient company. She was responsible for creating a global cross-functional team that doubled revenues and tripled profits.

For five years, Pat headed up her own strategic planning and market research company. She worked with such clients as Northwest Airlines, Hyatt Hotels, and KFC. Her marketing and sales initiatives for 3M included the introduction and marketing of Post-it Notes.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. She has also completed course work in marketing and finance at Harvard and Stanford universities and has taken numerous psychology and human development courses through accredited institutions through her interest in leadership.

Pat has served on the board of the Women's Philharmonic of San Francisco and worked with the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce to develop its strategic planning process. She frequently speaks to a variety of professional organizations about “values-based leadership” as a launching pad for results. Her work with Virunga Artisans supports women and children in Rwanda. Through her volunteer efforts she has enabled the education of over 3,000 children last year as well as support the preservation of the dwindling Silver Back Gorilla habitat.

Pat lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. She enjoys gourmet cooking, fine wine, reading and hiking with her dog, Andy.
