Business Development Manager / Resource Manager

Nissa brings far more than 15 years of experience in business development, human resources, training and consulting to her role as a Business Development Manager. She brings a vitality, professionalism and warmth, and a mindset of service and advocacy to her work with clients and Senn Delaney consultants.

Nissa's primary focus is to build awareness about Senn Delaney's unique capabilities among prospective clients, and develop and maintain relationships with current and past clients. As an advocate of the company's vision to enrich the spirit and performance of organizations, Nissa finds her work rewarding and full of purpose.

In addition to her Business Development role, Nissa also serves as Resource Manager for Senn Delaney consultants and executive leaders. She partners with consultants and the Business Development team to optimize a critical corporate resource: the consultants' time. This critical role ensures that Senn Delaney consultants' expertise and experience are leveraged to meet clients' needs.

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Nissa spent seven years in the staffing/executive placement industry where she held roles as a business development manager, national training manager and executive search consultant.

Nissa graduated from Chicago College of Commerce where she studied court and convention reporting. As a court and convention reporter, Nissa created verbatim records of sworn testimony, speeches and legal proceedings in conjunction with creating transcripts to serve as official records.

In addition to her love for reading good books and writing, Nissa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children.
