Michele's extensive experience in building and leading healthy teams has enabled her to help organizations effectively create high-performing cultures to optimize their performance and results. She understands that healthy, thriving cultures are created by supporting the organization's ability to embrace the unique gifts each of its members brings to the table. She helps to accomplish this by creating an environment in which leaders, teams and individual contributors can have personal insights into how they can be most effective in working with one another.
Michele has more than 15 years of training, coaching and consulting experience with Senn Delaney. She has designed and facilitated numerous engagements, all directed towards releasing the vitality and curiosity of teams and individuals. She is especially effective in leading the transfer of competency process with client change agents, coaching and diversity appreciation.
Clients she has worked with include WellPoint, Trinity Health, Edison Electric, International Truck and Engine, Discover Financial Services, British Gas Transco, British Telecom, The Regence Group, Key Bank, Payless ShoeSource, PG&E, Pacific Bell and Limited Brands (China).
Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Michele enjoyed a successful career at Bell Atlantic Corporation, now Verizon. She held leadership positions in operations and administrative roles including customer service, human resources and training and education. During her tenure, Michele was often placed in challenging organizations to create healthy leadership teams and improve results.
Michele attended the College of Notre Dame where she majored in business administration. She also is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland's Organization and System Development Program. She has taken numerous seminars in psychology of mind and is an Advanced Trainer of Trainers in health realization.
Michele lives just outside of Baltimore, Maryland. She loves to read, go to the movies, bead, and relax on a beautiful beach.
