Michael Gailey

Senior Consultant

Michael Gailey is a senior consultant at Senn Delaney whose passion for inspiring personal and professional growth drives his work with organizational leaders to create high-performance cultures and achieve business goals. He has extensive experience helping teams and individuals experience and apply insights in order to perform at their best, and in doing so, drive high-impact and maximum results. Michael brings to his work his personal purpose of making a positive difference in every life he touches.

Michael has designed and delivered numerous cultural-transformation programs, working with teams and individuals from senior leadership to the front lines to drive organizational transformation. His clients have included: Discover, Navistar, Hitachi Data Systems, McDonald's, USAA, PG&E, Edison International, American Airlines, and WellPoint, Inc. He has developed creative employee engagement solutions and cultural-transformation vehicles to reinforce healthy leaders in living their organizational values. He has delivered this work for a number of organizations including McDonald's, Navistar and Discover Card.

Michael's commitment to personal growth has its roots in his background as a licensed counseling therapist. In addition to a Master of Education in counseling psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso, Michael also has a Bachelor of Arts in political science.

He is committed to his community and has worked with a number of local agencies and school districts, including the YWCA, Transitional Living Center and El Paso Independent School District. Michael and his wife, Rose, live in El Paso, Texas with their three children. He is an avid golfer and enjoys music, travel and the outdoors with his family.
