Product Manager

Linda Ellison is a product manager at culture-shaping firm Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company. Passionate about inspiring broad enthusiasm for innovation and improvement, Linda brings a wealth of experience leading change initiatives and improving culture in the corporate world to her work with Senn Delaney clients.


Linda joined Senn Delaney as a member of the Client Services team in 2013 where she leveraged her understanding of change management and process execution in large organizations to partner with clients, including American Electric Power, Grant Thornton, General Mills and Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare.


Since joining the product team, Linda has focused on developing solutions for reaching a client’s entire employee population, engaging everyone in culture shaping at once, from top to bottom. She has partnered with clients in health care, banking, engineering, energy, medical device, information technology and professional services industries to help them engage the breadth and depth of their organizations to establish healthy, high-performing cultures.


Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Linda was responsible for marketing a technology product for M&A due diligence. A 14-year veteran of Bowne & Co, former world leader in shareholder communications, Linda has led administrative support organizations, executed numerous successful enterprise-level initiatives, and initiated award-winning process innovation.


Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in literature from the College of Creative Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA with certificate in international management from the Anderson School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles.


Linda lives in Rancho Palos Verdes with her husband, Brad. She is an avid lover of theater and choral music, and enjoys beekeeping and tending the vegetable garden.
