Cultures are shaped by behaviors, by the different messages that are sent, by policies, procedures, reward systems, recognition systems, anything that has to do with encouraging and promoting certain behaviors or discouraging others.

We have to make sure that people we are hiring not only fit the culture, but promote the culture and support our efforts.
