Jon Graziano


An experienced continuous improvement professional, Jon Graziano is a principal at Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company. He specializes in facilitating The Corporate Lab© rapid change model for developing organizational excellence as well as the culture-shaping process to create healthy, high-performance cultures. He is an experienced leader in operational transformation, business process improvement, customer relationship management, and operations excellence and innovation.


Jon previously served as managing director of continuous improvement at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. He led cross-functional teams within commercial insurance focused on process and service enhancements, operational reporting and analytics, and offshore operations. Jonathan created and led a shared services process optimization team that resulted in 15% expense reduction in processing operations and oversaw project teams that identified a number of operational improvements.


He also held several leadership roles New York Life Insurance Company for nearly 10 years. In his last role at the company as director of productivity and innovation, he established and led a process transformation team. Using Lean methodologies, the team improved expense and profitability of many divisions. Jon also led team development of a new value proposition and customer experience strategy that increased revenue per customer by as much as 100%. He led other transformation projects with tangible results, including reducing new business implementation lead time by 33% and expense by $450,000 annually, and improved IT quality assurance process efficiency by 25%.


Jon holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science and theology from Boston College.
