Since joining Senn Delaney in 1989, Jane has been a trusted partner to CEOs, executive leadership teams and organizational teams to guide the successful transformation of their organizational cultures to thriving, high performance.

Jane brings decades of field experience and business expertise in global corporate culture and strategy to her partnerships with senior leaders to help improve their organizational performance. Her proven success in leading numerous Senn Delaney culture-shaping engagements provides a strong foundation for working with clients to tailor engagements to specific strategic and cultural needs.

She has guided executive leaders across several industries in shaping corporate vision, aligning their teams to own the culture and to improve spirit and performance. Areas in which she has guided culture-shaping engagements include merger and acquisition integration, improving customer focus and high-quality mentality, changes in market position, business restructuring and senior teams and process transformation. Her clients include Atmos Energy, Bank One, British Gas Transco CALpers, Limited Brands, McDonald's, PG&E, Toys 'R' Us and USAA.

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Jane gained extensive experience in U.S. and international strategic planning and business development with the American Express Travel Related Services Company.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Allegheny College and a Master of Sciences in industrial administration from Carnegie-Mellon University. Raised in Ohio, Jane and her husband live in Mill Valley, California.
