Hershel Goulson

Client Services Manager

A seasoned client services manager, Hershel Goulson brings a broad range of operations, project management and business leadership experience to his role as a member of Senn Delaney's Client Services Management team, partnering with clients and Senn Delaney consultants in all aspects of culture-shaping engagements.

Hershel began his career as a writer, editor and reporter for CBS Newsradio in Detroit, Michigan. Most recently, Hershel served for seven years as a senior client services manager at Healthcare Communications Group, a clinical trial services and pharmaceutical marketing company in El Segundo, California. He managed an office of 50 people and acted as liaison between executive, operations and marketing teams to facilitate both new and ongoing sales projects. Prior to that, Hershel was a communications director with Trendix Events (USA) Inc., an international entertainment and event-planning corporation in Beverly Hills. He has also worked as a public relations and marketing coordinator and senior contracting agent for Bob Gail Main Event (an event planning organization) in Beverly Hills.

Hershel holds a master of business administration degree from The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and a bachelor of the arts degree in broadcast journalism from New York University.

Hershel lives in Valley Village, CA, with his wife Lara and five sons, including triplets. He enjoys travelling to a new place in the world once a year and coaching his boys' three Little League baseball teams.
