Guy Hewes has a lifelong passion for helping leaders and teams achieve lasting business success. Drawing on more than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Guy is renowned for facilitating customised leadership events, strategy teams and other business groups, enabling them to become more effective as leaders, managers and team members and in their personal lives and careers.

He has held a number of senior operational management and leadership roles, operating across a wide range of geographic and cultural environments, gaining a reputation for delivering results with determination and enthusiasm.

For the past 10 years, Guy has focused on creating high-performance cultures, clarifying strategic intent and enhancing the processes and capabilities required for business excellence. Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Guy was a senior leader at GlaxoSmithKline, most recently serving as head of the Quality Academy. Other roles at GSK included director of Operational Excellence and Lean Sigma and Strategic Masterplan regional implementation director.

Guy's work has been proven to deliver significant change and improvement in global organisations. He attributes this success to a focus on delivering value as perceived by customers and relentlessly improving in pursuit of perfection.

A recognised expert in enhancing the performance of individuals, teams and companies, he designs and delivers programmes tailored to meet specific business needs. Having worked in many countries around the world, Guy has extensive experience guiding leadership teams from different cultures and backgrounds to achieve lasting change at both the global and local level.

He lives in South East England with his wife Margaret. They have two sons and a daughter ranging in age from mid-teens to early 20s. Guy enjoys spending time with his family, is a keen cyclist and loves hill walking and camping.
