Frank's career experience and leadership in some of North America's leading brands help him to bring Senn Delaney clients a unique passion for healthy and high-performing organizational cultures. His ability to connect business results and the culture helps his clients achieve their strategic goals in an unprecedented way.
He has served clients and led engagements for McDonald's, Limited Brands, the nation's leading Toyota importer and distributor, YUM! Brands, Pacific Bell and many others, helping them create significantly enhanced market value, more sustainable financial performance and dramatically enhanced relationships with customers and employees.
During his career, Frank has served in senior sales, marketing and direct marketing positions with some of the nation's leading media and financial services companies, including the New York Times, American Express and Mutual of Omaha. Frank and his teams were responsible for major new product development and innovations at each of these companies. He was president of his own direct marketing firm for seven years, assisting companies to develop unique marketing strategies and integrate new products and strategies within existing distribution channels. He served on the faculty of executive development programs at both the University of North Carolina and the University of Tennessee. He is a nationally recognized speaker on such subjects as innovation and removing mediocrity from the workplace.
Frank was educated at the University of North Carolina , the University of South Carolina and St. Mary's college. He and his wife, Kathy, reside in Tucson, Arizona. Frank and Kathy enjoy travel as well as biking, hiking and skiing the Colorado Rockies.
