Frank sees his key role as aligning people to the vision of what is possible. His consulting and corporate experience provides him with a keen understanding of how to shape organizational cultures that create and sustain improved results. He helps leaders achieve by applying best practices in culture shaping, including leader involvement, employee engagement and creating organizational health and spirit that is grounded in shared values and inner peace.

Frank specializes in working with teams to unfreeze old behaviors and create insights into new, more effective work habits. He is also skilled at transferring culture-shaping competency to client leaders. Frank is adept at working with all organizational levels and his experience includes international engagements. 

Frank's extensive  experience at Senn Delaney spans a multitude of industries, including Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, McDonald's Corporation, International Truck & Engine Corporation, WellPoint, Inc., Nationwide Insurance, JM Family Enterprises, United Services Automobile Association, KFC, Norfolk Southern Railroad and Crowley Maritime Corporation.

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Frank held a variety of executive positions at the NYNEX Corporation (now Verizon Communications), including operational and staff positions. His major achievements were in building new organizations and creating functional and cultural change. His assignments included responsibility for market research, competitive analysis, forecasting, customer service and employee development and training.

For many years, Frank also shared his business knowledge and insights as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Business Administration program of Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island. His teaching specialties are strategic management and organizational behavior.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rhode Island. Frank resides in Seekonk, Massachusetts with his wife. They have two adult sons and a delightful granddaughter. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and creating impactful digital pictures.
