Frank sees his key role as aligning people to the vision of what is possible. His consulting and corporate experience provides him with a keen understanding of how to shape organizational cultures that create and sustain improved results. He helps leaders achieve by applying best practices in culture shaping, including leader involvement, employee engagement and creating organizational health and spirit that is grounded in shared values.


Frank specializes in working with intact teams to unfreeze old behaviors and create insights into new, more effective work habits. He is also skilled at transferring culture-shaping competency to client leaders.


Frank's 13-year experience at Senn Delaney spans a multitude of industries including McDonald's Corporation, International Truck & Engine Corporation, WellPoint, Inc., Nationwide Insurance, JM Family Enterprises, United Services Automobile Association, KFC, Norfolk Southern Railroad and Crowley Maritime Corporation.


Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Frank held a variety of executive positions at the NYNEX Corporation (now Verizon), including operational and staff positions. His major achievements were in building new organizations and creating functional and cultural change. His assignments included responsibility for market research, competitive analysis, forecasting, customer service and employee development and training.


Frank also shares his business knowledge and insights as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Business Administration program of Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island. His teaching specialties are strategic management and organizational behavior.


Frank holds a Bachelor of Sciences from Providence College and an Master of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Frank resides in Seekonk, Massachusetts with his wife. They have two adult sons. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and creating impactful digital pictures.
