David Elbaz joined Senn Delaney's Client Services Management team in 2011. He brings extensive marketing, operations, and project management experience to his role as a strategic partner with clients and Senn Delaney consultants in all aspects of culture-shaping engagements.

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, David served for six years as the online marketing and project manager for a Los Angeles-based foundation that owns and operates several businesses, including an online magazine, multiple award-winning Web portals and non-profit organizations that have received international recognition for their contributions. There, he directed overall daily operations, including marketing strategy development, strategic planning, branding, direction of support staff, and coordination of IT, marketing, and finance functions.

Born in Israel, David spent most of his childhood in Montreal, Canada before returning to Israel as a young adult. He served in the Israel Defense Forces, where he held the rank of Company Executive Officer – 1st Lieutenant, commanding a platoon of soldiers.

An avid athlete, David was a member of the Israeli National Hockey Team and has played in multiple world championship tournaments in Eastern and Western Europe. He remains an active player on the team's reserve list.

David holds a master of business administration degree from The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. He is fluent in French and Hebrew.

David lives in Los Angeles, CA. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking and playing ice hockey in two leagues.
