Dariusz Michalski

An experienced business leader and coach, Dariusz has vast expertise in developing leaders and teams to achieve success in their own organisations. His background provides him with unique knowledge and skill in partnering with leaders to create high-performance cultures and attain top results.

Dariusz joined Senn Delaney in 2009 to guide international teams in shaping their organisational cultures and reaching their business goals.

In 2005, he established his own consultancy and coaching business and has conducted developmental projects for clients including Allianz, Avon, BNP Paribas, Cemex, FM Logistic, ING Nationale Nederlanden, Isover, Lyreco, Medicover, Mobilking, Nestlé, Netia, Real, Rigips, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sanitec, and SLAG Recycling.

Prior to setting up his own business, Dariusz gained 15 years of experience in marketing, PR, sales, finances and HR with a number of international corporations. In these positions, Dariusz led large teams and coordinated the work of international project groups operating on a regional level. Positions included Marketing Director at RJR Tobacco (Camel, Salem, Winston), Marketing Director, General Director and Member of the Board at Seagram (Chivas Regal, Martell, Absolut) and Managing Director and President at Volvo Auto Polska.

Dariusz is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the largest organisation of professional coaches. He is an accredited ICF coach (ACC - Associate Certified Coach), and holds a Master's degree in Economics from Warsaw School of Economics. He is also a graduate of The Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management (Business Psychology).

A native Polish speaker, Dariusz is also fluent in English and has a good command of Russian. He lives in Piastów, Poland with his wife and three children. He is passionate about sports and actively plays football (soccer) and tennis.
