Communications Manager

As manager of internal communications, Celeste plays an important role in helping our firm to live the healthy values and guiding behaviors that support our mission. She creates and coordinates communications plans to support our strategic initiatives and strives to ensure that all employees have the information necessary to serve our clients effectively.

Celeste believes that organizations achieve sustainable success only through healthy, thriving cultures. She feels fortunate to be able to use her talents and skills to create healthier workplaces for people at high-performing companies.

Her work in communications has allowed her to play key roles in:
  • Creating and launching an employee newsletter that enlivens and motivates employees to be ‘at their best'
  • Implementing a new brand identity and bringing it to life by connecting employees to it
  • Designing and launching new client products, technologies and training materials and communicating their value to the organization
  • Editing Senn Delaney materials and publications, including The Human Operating System and Winning Teams–Winning Cultures
  • Coordinating company meetings and events
  • Implementing new technologies to improve internal communications and help people stay connected to each other and with the company's strategic focus
Prior to her communications role, Celeste was a production services manager and purchasing coordinator. Before joining Senn Delaney in 1995, Celeste worked in the banking industry as a research specialist and in the paper industry as a customer service representative. She studied communications at Marymount Palos Verdes College in California.

Celeste lives in Lakewood, California. She is active in her church and enjoys daily meditation to remain centered. She enjoys traveling and is often in New England visiting her mother, her seven siblings and their families. When she's home, she enjoys reading anything she can get her hands on and relaxing with her husband and two children.
