Brian's work with corporate leaders enables them to gain critical insights into their organizational culture and to lead transformational change to achieve even greater results. He is skilled at guiding organizations through the process of self-awareness and insight to understand what makes people “tick” and to realize that a healthy, high-performing culture is well within reach. Brian has helped to shift the organizational cultures at The Ohio State University, Dominion Resources, Eli Lilly, WellPoint, Inc., Fluor Corporation, Corinthian Colleges, Inc., USAA and Beckman Coulter.

In his 25 years as a corporate executive, strategic business partner and entrepreneur, Brian has led organizations through transformational change that enabled results people never thought were possible. He was regional vice president for Development Dimensions International, and led the global HR and shared services benchmarking practices for The Hackett Group. As a senior vice president of human resources, Brian designed, developed and implemented strategic HR plans aligned to the organization's strategy.

Brian has consulted with Fortune 100 companies as well as start-up organizations. His expertise includes strategy development, executive coaching, benchmarking, culture shaping, individual and organizational assessment, leadership development and talent management.

Brian also teaches human resources at Cleveland State University and is an internationally recognized speaker and author on culture shaping, HR strategy, HR measurement and organization and leadership development.

He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in business education and business administration from Illinois State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University. He also has received his SPHR certification.

Brian lives in Shaker Heights, OH, a suburb of Cleveland, with his wife, Harriette, and their three beautiful children, Nathan, Elissa and Maggie. When not involved with child activities of soccer, dance and gymnastics, Brian and Harriette like to travel, discover inexpensive, great tasting wines and volunteer their time to various causes. Brian's personal goal is to help his team annually win the Senn Delaney golf tournament.
