Andraea has been guiding top leaders of large-scale organizations to create healthy, high-performance cultures for more than 20 years. She is an experienced consultant and strategic account leader who works well at all levels of an organization to create a thriving environment where people are open to the changes needed to achieve superior business results.

In coaching senior executives to lead organizational culture transformation, Andraea brings to the table a wealth of skills and experience, including innovative problem solving, expertise in process implementation and strong relationship management and communication skills, as well as the ability to diagnose and identify performance issues and determine solutions.

She has a depth of experience aligning the corporate culture with strategy and structure. She has customized culture-shaping processes that apply to the organization's business drivers and align with strategic initiatives including change management, human resources, executive coaching and quality programs.

Her diversified client list includes WellPoint, Nationwide Insurance, KeyCorp, Payless ShoeSource, Merck Pharmaceuticals, CVS/Caremark, The Ohio State University, HP, McDonald's, ING Americas and TVA, among others.

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Andraea worked as an internal consultant for Mutual of Omaha specializing in executive coaching, quality processes, culture change, management development and human resources processes. She also had the opportunity to work with the United States Air Force.

Andraea received her Bachelor of Science from Bellevue University and has also earned a teaching degree. She has received numerous awards for her accomplishments throughout her career. Andraea lives in Marana, Arizona with her husband Steven. They love spending time with their six children, and also enjoy golf, fly-fishing and hiking.
