Alexandra is a human resources specialist focused on shaping organizational cultures to achieve business strategy and targets. She is skilled at coaching executives and their teams at the top to lead healthy cultures with a strong business link to company strategy, performance and underlying key human resources processes. Alexandra's clients – many of them Global 1000 companies – trust her to deliver the results they want.
Based in The Hague, Alexandra has more then 15 years' experience in leadership consulting and human resource development. She has worked extensively with senior executives in multinational companies in Europe, Asia and the United States. Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Alexandra worked in aerospace engineering, human resources and organizational development within several different divisions and subsidiaries of DaimlerChrysler. This provided her with a solid background in organizational change, recruitment, leadership development, management planning, performance evaluation and succession planning. Additional strengths include in-depth knowledge of organizational development projects and business and engineering processes.
Alexandra was born in Cologne and grew up in Germany, France, England and the United States. She has a Bachelor of Sciences and a Master of Sciences in aerospace engineering from Boston University and a Master of Arts in human resource development from Kaiserlautern University. She also has certifications in business coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is fluent in English, German and French, and speaks basic Spanish and Dutch.
Alexandra and her husband thoroughly enjoy time with their five children, foreign travel and contributing to local communities and worldwide charities. Her hobbies include running, kite-surfing, singing and photography.
