Yee Fong Lim

Senior Consultant

Yee Fong Lim is a senior consultant at culture-shaping firm Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company, based in Singapore. She brings more than 30 years of operational management and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries to her role.

 

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, she was a senior leader at pharmaceutical company GSK and then served as site director in Abbott Laboratories at manufacturing facilities in Singapore. She is driven by strong personal belief that creating a healthy, high-performance culture is critical to creating lasting value, achieving business success and competitive advantage. Yee Fong seeks to fulfill her purpose of helping more people in being and becoming the best that they can be through her work with clients on culture.

 

Yee Fong has extensive experience in guiding management teams to create a culture of compliance, continuous improvement and collaboration by engaging with and instilling ownership at all levels at the workplace. She first experienced the Senn Delaney culture-shaping process while at GSK. She became a certified facilitator for GSK’s LeadershipEdge culture-shaping program through Senn Delaney. She was also a certified master coach to a team of 10 culture-shaping facilitators and engaged more than 600 GSK staff in Singapore in the culture-shaping program.

 

Yee Fong holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in chemical engineering from University of Leeds (UK). She is a certified Lean Sigma Green Belt. She is proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese.

 

Born and raised in Malaysia, Yee Fong lives in Singapore with her husband. They have three grown children and a grandson. When she is not working, Yee Fong enjoys being with her family and her extended families in Malaysia. She enjoys travelling, baking and taking long walks with her two dogs. She maintains a rigorous keep fit regime doing zumba and pilates with a local community.
