Sheldon White

Client Services Manager

An experienced project management and leadership professional, Sheldon White joined culture-shaping firm Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company, in 2015 as a client services manager.

 

With more than a decade of experience in project management, Sheldon brings a passion for fostering exceptional performance to his role with the Client Services management team. He serves as a key strategic liaison and project manager, partnering with clients and Senn Delaney consultants in all aspects of culture-shaping engagements.

 

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Sheldon managed operations at BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. for more than 10 years. There, he provided operations support to restaurants and general managers, and project management for new product testing, procedural changes, process improvement, cost cutting, technology updates and menu rollouts company-wide.

 

Sheldon holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, both from the University of California, Long Beach.

 

Outside of work, Sheldon enjoys international travel, surfing, reading, craft beer, movies, playing guitar and ukulele, warm weather, and time with friends and family. He also serves as a volunteer camp director for the YMCA of the Desert in Palm Desert, where he was raised. Sheldon lives in Long Beach, CA with his wife, Marian.
