Mike Dyakon

Director of Client Services

Mike Dyakon joined Senn Delaney in 2014 as Director of Client Services, bringing over 20 years of customer service and process improvement skills. He leads the dynamic client services and operations teams, ensuring clients engagements worldwide are delivered with the highest level of quality and professionalism. He partners with strategic account leaders and vice president/senior consultants to develop strategies for successful client engagements.

 

Mike’s previous roles prior to joining Senn Delaney positioned him well to foster a service-oriented work environment with an emphasis on quality, accountability, innovation and teamwork. He managed a number of teams and projects, and led customer service and IT service departments. He has served as customer service manager at MOC Products Company, Inc., a leading provider of automotive products and solutions in Pacoima, CA, and as manager of Systems Development at MOC1 Solutions, LLC, in Glendora, CA. He also worked at IBM Global Services, Long Beach/Cypress, as an IT service delivery manager.

 

Mike earned a Master of Business Administration/Technology Management degree from the University of Phoenix, and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration/Business Computer Systems from New Mexico State University.

 

A Lakewood, CA, resident, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Vickie, two adult stepsons and extended family. He also enjoys running, bike rides, listening to music, reading, creating family videos and Sunday afternoon personal time.
