“Intentionally shaping the company culture is collectively a gigantic undertaking that must begin at a personal level. My passion is coaching leaders to live and lead in alignment with their values, principles and purpose. By doing so, they positively influence others to do the same and fuel the collective effort of cultural change for the entire company.”
