Rose Gailey

Rose Gailey is a partner and practice leader for Latin America at culture-shaping firm Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company. She brings 25 years of experience in culture shaping, organizational transformation, and leadership and talent development initiatives in a variety of industries to her work with clients.

 

Rose has extensive expertise helping leaders strengthen alignment and accelerate strategic execution. She rejoined Senn Delaney in 2016 having previously served as vice president from 1994 to 2004. She previously worked with a strategy execution firm for 11 years where she served as the practice lead for its organizational development practice, Building Capabilities. She has led leadership development and organizational design initiatives in a variety of industries, drawing on a deep expertise in facilitation to help leaders to strengthen alignment and accelerate strategic execution.

 

Her roots in counseling and organizational psychology are foundational to her work in executive coaching and her passion for unleashing authentic leadership. She has worked with clients across the globe, including British Gas Transco, British Telecom, Navistar, KFC, Pizza Hut, Bunge, Air Products, BASF, Cisco, Edison International, The Hartford, International Truck & Engine Johnson & Johnson, McDonalds, Phillips 66, Nike United Airlines and USAA.

 

Rose is also committed to giving back to her community. Most recently she completed pro bono work for The Arthur W. Page Society, where she served as the architect for a two-year Future Leaders Program designed to develop the next generation of chief communication officers. She has served on the board of directors at La Semilla, Ascension Health Nazareth Hall Rehab, the YWCA, Loretto Academy, Cathedral High School and the foundation for the Diocese of El Paso.

 

Her education includes a bachelor of science in biology from the University of Texas at El Paso and master of education and doctoral studies in counseling psychology at New Mexico State University.

 

Rose is fluent in Spanish and brings a passion for the Latin culture and bilingual facilitation capability to her role in leading our work in Latin America. She lives in El Paso, Texas. Rose and her husband enjoy spending time with their three adult children. She also loves spending time with family and friends, cooking and hunting for arrowheads and pottery in the desert.
