He is equally skilled in shaping executive capability to enable success. Bill is experienced in enterprise transformation and the fundamental re-energizing of an organization to meet new market conditions or competitive challenges. He has incorporated cultural change, leadership effectiveness and strategic thinking into enablers of significant personal growth and sustainable success.

Bill began his career as a mechanical engineer with McDonnell Douglas. He joined Senn-Delaney Management Consultants in 1972, specializing in business process re-engineering and operational performance improvement. He became president and CEO until the firm was sold to Arthur Andersen in 1992. He then had responsibility for retail consulting within the Arthur Andersen Business Consulting business unit. He returned to Senn Delaney in 2002.

In his tenure at Senn Delaney, Bill has worked with the leaders of a wide range of companies and has facilitated hundreds of engagements that focus on personal development, team effectiveness and cultural alignment. He has developed coaching relationships with many senior executives to help them lead the transformation of their organizations. Over his career, he has assisted many Fortune 500 clients including Boeing, Sears, Lowe's, AutoZone, Staples, Crowley Maritime, ARCADIS, Hertz, Sony Pictures Entertainment and WellPoint.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and a Master of Business Administration from University of California Los Angeles. Bill resides in Carmel, CA and Dallas with his wife Judy. He enjoys travel and spending time with his children and grandchildren and is an avid golfer.
