Nitsa's experience leading organizations through transformational change gives her a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve and sustain results. She brings a unique balance of operating skills and expertise in shaping culture gained over 30 years experience working in and with Fortune 500 companies. Having walked in their shoes, Nitsa quickly understands the situations her clients face and provides practical solutions.

Nitsa joined Senn Delaney in 1996 where she partners with senior executive teams who have bold goals and plans, and need large-scale transformational change to achieve them. As a trusted partner to leaders, she leads culture-shaping engagements providing proven, scalable approaches to enhance their culture to achieve business results and create healthier work environments.

Her clients include Bath & Body Works, Cisco, Express, Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi Data Systems, Kellogg's, Limited Brands, Miami Children's Hospital, Nationwide Children's Hospital, PG&E, Staples, T-Mobile and Victoria's Secret Stores.

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Nitsa held executive-level positions with general management, marketing and sales responsibilities in consumer products, business-to-business and retail environments. She has overseen mergers, acquisition and integration of companies, business transformation, restructuring and development and implementation of new visions, values and strategies.

As Vice President and Business Manager at Dole Packaged Foods, her leadership resulted in doubling of revenues and tripling of profits in key business units, and major strategic thrusts into new businesses and channels of distribution. At Crown Zellerbach/James River Corporation, she led key areas of merger integration, marketing and sales.

Nitsa received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Stanford University. She and her husband live in the San Francisco Bay area. In their spare time, they enjoy home remodeling projects, cooking and traveling to visit their extended family in Spain and the United States.
